About Us In 1945, J.K. Long Sr. started Broad Street Bonded Warehouse, Inc. and Carolina Cotton Classing. During those early years, they represented a few companies in North Carolina by buying, classing and delivering cotton. Through the years we have maintained our close relationships with the mills and cotton merchants here in North Carolina and have developed close working relationships with cotton merchants and mills throughout the USA and abroad. Although warehousing baled cotton fiber is our main area of expertise along with the buying and classing of cotton, we have expanded our warehousing facilities to include a broad range of goods with several locations located in Gaston County North Carolina with easy access to major highways and interstate highways.
